Shipping, Delivery & Refunds Policy
Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
- For same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received by FB before 6:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.
- For same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received by FB before 6:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.
You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered. Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least five days in advance.
Products that are hand delivered cannot be delivered along with courier products.
For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.
Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
Deliveries are made on Sundays and on Public Holidays for products that are delivered by hand.
If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made. We will surely try our best as mentioned below-
- Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.
- Leave a note on the recipient?s door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.
- Leave the bouquet/arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
- Leave the bouquet/arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient?s door with this information.
Midnight Deliveries
Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will be made between 11.00 PM to 11.59 PM on the chosen delivery date. Note: Please choose the date of delivery a day prior to the date of occasion. Delivery of Courier Products
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Shipping Disclaimer or in the Terms and Conditions, in the event the order is made to deliver through any courier agency or any third party, FB does not make any representation or warranty in relation to the delivery of such order.
The products will be delivered through Blue Dart or any other courier company and the delivery made by them are subject to the Terms and Conditions of such courier companies.
For products that are shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered a day prior or a day after the chosen date of delivery.
You acknowledge that requested delivery date is non-binding. Estimated delivery date depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be shipped.
Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
No deliveries are made by third party courier agencies on a Sunday and Public Holidays.
All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your order.
Courier partners sometimes have some delays due to holidays and strikes.
In case if the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt delivery twice and in case delivery location is incorrect or the recipient refuses to take the delivery, the delivery shall be deemed to have been made. The courier company will attempt to deliver the package twice before the parcel returns back to the point of origin.
In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempts, you shall still be charged for the order.
We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.
Delivery at Remote Locations and Towns
Orders can be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
Please note that flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location.
We can’t commit an exact time of delivery.
Correct address and contact number is a must of the recipient for placing the order.
No deliveries would be done on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working day. In case of floods/ heavy rains/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/ traffic jams/ festival times/regulated traffic movements or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. FB reserves the right to reschedule the delivery to another date.
The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only once at the address as provided in the order received by FB. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever not attributable to FB, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by FB. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:
- Delivery not done due to wrong address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting /not reachable.
- Recipient refused the products.
- Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighbourhood.
Disclaimer
We CANNOT commit any fix time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries will be made between 7 am to 9 pm and on Mid- night delivery at 12 am at the given date.
- Orders received till 2 pm IST will be delivered on same day unless delivery date is mentioned.
- The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
- The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
- We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases :
- Delivery not done due to wrong address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
- Recipient refused the products. o Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbour.
- Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
- The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
- We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.
- In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
- No change in instructions can be entertained before 1 working hours of the date of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day prior of the delivery date.
- We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. after 48 hours from the time of delivery
- Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
- Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible / delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be seeked from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs. , it shall be assumed that s/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.
- Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at support@fbflowerbasket.com
- While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.
- Hotel
- Full address of the hotel.
- Room No.
- Telephone number of the hotel.
- Name of Tour Company, if applicable.
- Hospital
- Full address of the hospital.
- Ward number or name.
- Home address of recipient with phone number.
- We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. after 48 hours from the time of delivery. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
- If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed.
- If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
* For Midnight Deliveries
- Delivery will be made between 11.15 pm to 12.15 am on mentioned / asked delivery date
- We deliver on Sundays
- The product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned above.
- We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases :
- Delivery not done due to wrong address.
- Recipient not available.

- Recipient refused the products. o Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbour.
- Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.

- Orders received till 2 pm would be only accepted and delivered.
- The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
- In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
- In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
- We will not entertain any complaint of any order beyond 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the order.
- Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
General Disclaimers:
- FB Flower Basket retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
- All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Bhopal, India only.
- If FB Flower Basket is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
- FB Flower Basket has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, FB Flower Basket or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided in the site.
- Genunity of information & interest of making payments:
- – The customer promises that the information provided to FB Flower Basket is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
- – The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold FB Flower Basket and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them FB Flower Basket may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling +91- 7723851777 (10 am to 8 pm only) or email support@fbflowerbasket.com.
Please give at least 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date. Order cannot be cancelled or modified within 48 hrs from delivery date. If at all you cancel your order before 48 hours you will get the full refund.
In rare case of service failure or quality complaint, you can write an email to support@fbflowerbasket.com and our team will respond you within 8-12 working hours. Our team will process a quick investigation on your order and in case of any quality / service failure found, we assure to re-deliver your product with complimentary flowers within next 24 hrs or you will get full refund of the product.
Subject to the other Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned.
In case, FB Flower Basket decides to refund to you, the refund could be processed if we have account details of the customer. Refund could be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.
Online Refund is credited directly through the mode from which customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by the company refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
Offline Refund is credited once customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days. Once processed by the company refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
FB Flower Basket is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
- Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
- Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
