You can send flowers and gifts to any city in India listed in the Delivery Cities drop down. We currently send flowers to approximately 450 Cities in India.
Yes, we work directly with local florists, just around the corner from the delivery address. We can accept same day delivery almost everywhere in India. The cut off time for same day delivery is 6 PM (India time).
Yes, We can deliver flowers or any other gifts on Sundays or National Holidays.
Yes, you can surely specify a specific time for delivery. We will try our best to deliver it at the time mentioned by you, but we cannot commit a fixed time for Delivery. The same will be delivered between 8 AM to 8 PM.
It is essential to provide us with your full contacts details, including a valid phone number. Customer service may need to speak to you to confirm the recipient’s address, to modify the order or to confirm payment details. We will only contact you by phone in relation to the order you have recently placed.
We will try to deliver flower arrangements as shown on the site, but at times it is practically not possible to replicate the same due to the nature of the flowers and seasonal constraints.
Since all the flowers are not available in all the seasons and to make sure that your order is not delayed due to non-availability of a particular flower, we will substitute that particular flower with the flower of same or higher value.
Like if you have ordered an arrangement of lilies and carnations and if the lilies are not available at that particular time, we will substitute lilies with either Anthuriums or Birds of Paradise or whichever other flower is available and is of the same or higher value. The design and the other aesthetics of the arrangements remaining the same.
In smaller towns where the florists are not able to stock the flowers of high value due to the perishable nature and their limited resources, it is always recommended that you order items that are readily available all the time with them namely Roses, Tube Roses, Glads and Gerberas. Moreover you can always email us before hand to enquire what is available in your desired destination in that season.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. With some cards you need to request online transactions with your bank. If you experience any problems when you try to place an order, please contact our customer service team who will help you to make sure that the order is accepted.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We will send you a confirmation SMS & e-mail to confirm that we have accepted your order. You will receive another e-mail after the delivery is done to confirm that the order has been delivered.

Our local florists are experts in home delivery. We know that sometimes the recipient is not at home, and this is why it is essential that you provide the e-mail and/or phone number of the recipient. Be assured that our local florist will always try to contact the recipient and make a successful delivery.
